CONTRACT/HEALTH GUARANTEE 

WINDSOR CORGIS 
PUPPY CONTRACT AND HEALTH GUARANTEE 
It is agreed between Seller and Buyer as follows:
1. DESCRIPTION OF DOG The dog is sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is as follows:

2. SELLER’S REPRESENTS The following representations and conditions apply to the sale of the aforementioned dog:
As of the date of this agreement, the dog is in good health. The Buyer has 72 hours to have the dog examined by a veterinarian. Any claims must be made within this time period and will be verified by seller’s own veterinarian. If above named dog is found to have a life threatening illness and/or genetic defect, Buyer may return the dog, at Buyer’s expense, for a full refund.
This does not include worms, coccidiosis, other intestinal parasites, which are common to all puppies, and easily treated. No vet bills will be paid by Seller. Buyer is responsible for all vet expenses and transportation.Puppy is guaranteed free of any life threatening congenital defects for two years from date of birth. If a life threatening defect is found and confirmed by a veterinarian, Buyer may keep the puppy/dog and will be offered another puppy from the next available litter, or half of the purchase price, whichever the Buyer prefers.
Buyer is completely satisfied with and waived any and all claims regarding the dog’s conformation and outward appearance.

3. CONSIDERATIONS 
  1. A deposit of ____________ must be paid to hold a puppy.
  2. And the balance of ____________ must be paid in full before puppy can be taken to its new home.
4. STIPULATIONS 
Puppy will be sold with _____________ registration. If sold with limited registration, this dog is never to be used for breeding.
5. LIMITATIONS OF CONTRACT 
This contract applies to the original puppy only and is non transferable to a second party. No replacement puppy or refund will be given if the male or female has been bred. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from WINDSOR CORGIS FARM on original and replacement puppy. Seller is not responsible for any expenses associated with care and ownership of puppy.
6. MAINTENANCE 
Buyer agrees to maintain this dog in good health, provide routine preventative health care including, but not limited to vaccinations, deworming, and heart worm preventative medication. Buyer agrees to keep this dog in lean condition, not allowing obesity.
And finally, Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the state of Tennessee, in the county of Hickman. If legal action is needed, it shall take place in Hickman county Tennessee.
